This oceanfront luxurious penthouse enjoys the most spectacular views form the large wrap around lanai Described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, this condo is tucked away in a private Boutique Resort where you can stroll to snorkeling and swimming in the warm pacific waters. During the winter months, this condo offers front row seating for whale watching! A truly amazing spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom remodeled condo. Dine al fresco on the expansive lanai or inside, both offering endless ocean views! Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, custom hardwood cabinets and lighting, and new stainless-steel appliances. A split air conditioning system provides cold air to all rooms!
The master bedroom features a plush King size bed, and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds. For additional guests, there is a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room area. Guest bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub and private washer and dryer, for added convenience.
This property is equipped with TVs in every room, cable and free WiFi along with beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are also provided.
