We have been graciously welcoming visitors to our island for two decades and our customers just love returning year after year. We understand that coming to the islands involves a long flight and our goal is to make sure that not only is the accommodation perfect but, upon your arrival, should you need anything simply pick up the phone and let your welcome team know. Our service doesn't stop at making your reservation that's just the start. If you need housekeeping or maintenance, ideas where to go for dinner or airport pick up. We will arrange that for you. Put simply our goal is to assure a seamless, vacation experience with memories that will last a lifetime. This amazing residence is right next to sandy Honles and a short drive away from downtown Kailua Village where you can enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and more. When coming to the Big island the views make the accommodation and the views here don't get any better. The panoramic ocean views from your private lanai are breathtaking. You will be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets and the stunning Kona Coast. This one-of-a-kind three-bedroom, three-bathroom property, with stunning oceanfront views has the most massive lanai with ample seating to relax and listen to the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Relax at the built-in breakfast bar or have a sit-down dinner. The dining room boasts a dining table for a sit-down dinner for six. There are large sliding glass doors that are located off the dining area to the lanai. The open layout of the dining room that flows out to the living area allows ample space. There is a smart television and couches for a comfortable living space. There is also a desk for a great work area. You can stream your favorite show, watch cable, or go old-school and watch some DVD favorites from the collection. There is a guest room off the living area with two twin beds. The guest bathroom is located off the hallway for guests. In the hallway, there is also a washer and dryer. The primary ensuite is located down the hallway which allows ultiamte privacy. The large room has a seating area, king bed, and television. The bathroom has a stand-alone vanity and a tiled shower. The primary bedroom also has a split air conditioning unit. The lanai that is off the living area and dining room has a table and seating to relax. Enjoy a cup of Kona coffee and watch the waves roll in. Please note: -There is a split air conditioning unit in the dining room and primary bedroom however rarely is that needed as the ocean is literally outside your door allowing Tradewinds to keep your home away from home super cool.
