This wonderful 5-bedroom Big Island vacation villa is just minutes away from downtown Kailua-Kona and enjoys some of the best views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean.
This private, Big Island getaway can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests within the beautifully appointed bedrooms. The spacious outdoor lanai, gazebo and private heated saltwater pool is where you will spend most of your vacation enjoying our world class weather and world class views.The entire home was designed to be open and seamlessly blend interior luxury with exterior natural beauty.
This 5-bedroom home is fully furnished with two Master Suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom and king size bed and lanai. The third bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin XL beds that can be converted into a king with a 4" mattress topper. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed.
The main open plan living areas includes a chef quality kitchen, formal dining area, great room. The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game, or relaxing with a movie.
This home enjoys a QuietCool whole house ventilation system. The open design of the house provides good air flow. and large ceiling fans in each room.
