Stunning beachfront ground floor accommodation enjoys 2 master suites with king beds and private bathrooms and is only 20 yards to the beach. The primary bedroom suite bathroom also includes a large tub. One guest bedroom with a queen bed with a common hallway full bath, and a full laundry room. Each bathroom features a multi-nozzle shower. We include free High Speed internet for your convenience. The kitchens enjoys polished granite countertops and beautiful custom cabinetry, a Subzero fridge, a Bosch dishwasher, a Keurig, Nespresso and a traditional coffee maker. The bar and the dining table as well as the comfortable living room is a great place to relax. The villa has central AC allowing you to keep cool at all times, but if you want a bit of fresh air, opening the bifold doors will bring in the breeze. With the bifold doors completely open, the living space expands out to the 1,100 square foot lanai. The lanai is great for lounging, dining, or acting as an extension of the living space making this villa perfect for gatherings. The courtyard is completely private, exclusive for the guests of Aloha Villas. There is gated parking with 8 parking spaces, electronic gates to enter into the courtyard, and surveillance cameras for your safety and security. Within the courtyard is a saltwater pool, a grill, and several poolside lounge chairs.
