About this home
Hale Ili Ili is an oceanfront gated four-plex in Kihei Maui Hawaii. The property lends itself to a very private and relaxed atmosphere with breathtaking sunsets, sounds of the ocean and rustling palm trees. Many whales, turtles, dolphins and rays can be seen from the lanai. Property has oceanfront pool, hot tub, and gas grill for your use.
The condo is just steps from Kamaole Beach #1, world famous for swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding, and snorkeling. This beach park has life guards, showers, bathrooms, and picnic areas. At the other end of the beach is Cove Park, the main surfing and paddle boarding beach in Kihei.
NOTICE: Next door lot (2182 Iliili) may have construction going on from 8/17-7/18. Small crew normally works from 8 am to 3 pm. If it occurs during your stay, we will rebate 15% of your base rate and taxes.
Hale Ili Ili, Unit D, is an upper unit with 2 bedrooms. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom have queen beds. It has panoramic views, electric self-closing skylights in the living room, cathedral ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen with Dacor appliances and a new washer and dryer. The condo does has 1 room air conditioner in each bedroom and has ceiling fans in the living room. There is also a venting ceiling skylight in the living room. The fully remodeled bathrooms feature granite, marble, soapstone counter tops and limestone flooring throughout. There is a large flat screen TV in Living room and den. For your use we supply beach chairs, towels, cooler, snorkel gear, and umbrella. In addition this property has complimentary wireless service and also free long distance to Canada and the US Mainland. Maximum occupancy is 4. Parking is on the street. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.
