Welcome to our newly constructed beach house, a true slice of paradise with breathtaking ocean and mountain views. Designed for outdoor living, this property offers two separate homes, perfect for large-family groups. With a maximum occupancy of 14, this beach house features four bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms, and a spacious living room with premium cable TV and internet access. Enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped wet bar and two washer/dryer sets. The covered wrap-around lanai provides a picturesque setting to take in the amazing views, both of the mountains and the ocean. Surrounded by a 6-foot rock wall for privacy, the property offers a range of amenities for your enjoyment. Delight in the primary cooking and dining area on the lanai, complete with a barbecue area downstairs. Complimentary high-speed internet keeps you connected throughout your stay. For entertainment, head to the game area downstairs, featuring pool, ping pong, table soccer, and air hockey. We also provide a wide selection of board and card games, as well as books for all ages. Relax by the 45 by 10-foot heated salt lap pool or explore the nearby beach with our provided pool and beach equipment, including towels, stairs, and snorkel sets. Take advantage of our bicycles to explore the surroundings, and make use of the tandem and single ocean kayaks and stand-up paddle boards for an adventure on the water. Please note that a liability waiver must be signed before using the pool, bikes, SUPs, and kayaks. Conveniently located near Kalama Park, just two houses away, you'll find ample opportunities for outdoor activities. The park offers sports events, concerts, tennis and basketball courts, a skateboard park, fields for various sports, and a playground for children. Enjoy picnics at the park and observe turtles cruising by. Additional beaches are within walking distance, and you can explore the coastline for miles. The neighborhood of Halama Street has a unique personality and retains its charm amidst the changing vibes of Maui. Our property is professionally landscaped, featuring a pond with a waterfall and surrounded by beautiful flowering trees and plants. You'll appreciate the tranquil ambiance and may even spot butterflies and dragonflies dancing around. The beach, known as "the World's Smallest Beach," is just across the narrow street, perfect for launching kayaks or simply enjoying the cool breeze and the sound of the surf. Please note that there are two friendly dogs on the property, and we live in the top floor above the rented area. Allergy sufferers should be aware of this situation, although the dogs are always accompanied and not a safety concern. Additionally, there is a long-term rental Ohana on the other end of the property, occupied by a quiet family. Within a short walk, you'll find amenities such as a new movie theater, Starbucks, restaurants, a surf school, an ocean walking path, craft and gift shops, the Foodland store, and the Kihei Library.
