The third main-floor master, with a queen bed, includes a private ensuite with custom modifications for enhanced privacy. A queen sleeper in the downstairs den and an optional foldaway for a 9th guest (suitable for a child) are also available. The airy open-concept main floor includes a kitchen, dining area, great room, and a large covered lanai with a grill. The dining room table comfortably seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The upstairs living room features a 70" Ultra HD 4K TV. A 22-foot glass wall opens to a massive lanai, providing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The lanai includes a dining table, sectional couch, and additional seating, perfect for soaking in mountain and golf views, with a glimpse of the ocean. County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to the pool area to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.
