Adjacent to the living room is a dining nook with a table and chairs leading to the gourmet galley kitchen with stone countertops, hardwood cabinetry, and a professional-grade stainless steel appliance package. A convenient workspace with an ocean view and half bath is located between the kitchen and a back door that leads to a spacious enclosed common area courtyard with ocean views.
