This truly elegant oceanfront luxury residence is located in the very heart of La Jolla Village that boasts the most beautiful water views. Located right across from one of the most beautiful beaches in California. Enjoy being able to stroll to La Jolla’s world-class boutiques, art galleries and fine dining restaurants
This home is stunningly furnished in an understated coastal elegant style and again its the magnificent ocean views that will leave you breathless. The open bright living space enjoys a beautiful fireplace that leads to the formal dining room. A modern and fully equipped kitchen completes this downstairs great room. The two guest bedrooms are also located downstairs. The first guest room has a double bed, an easy chair, and a view of the private outside patio. A sliding door separates this room from the second guest room which offers a queen murphy bed and plenty of storage. For your convenience, there is a laundry room and hallway bath with a shower that is shared with the first and second bedrooms. Completing the downstairs level is the spacious back patio complete with a private spa, barbecue, and a table for alfresco dining.
On the upper level guests will enjoy the very comfortable living room which showcases sweeping ocean views, a fireplace, a large TV, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge. The sofa pulls out into a queen bed for extra guests. The primary suite is located on the second level as well and features a large full bath, king bed, a large TV, an easy chair, and a fireplace - all available to help you make this a sweet enclave from the rest of the world. Double doors are available to close off the upstairs living room from the bedroom/bath space if desired.
