Windansea Beach is celebrated for its iconic thatched hut overlooking one of Southern California’s premier surf spots. The white sand beach is easily accessible from the house. Convenience meets comfort as you drive up to the house and park in the spacious driveway, accommodating up to 3 cars. A large, inviting veranda welcomes you to the front door. Inside, the spacious living room features plush, overstuffed couches, a fireplace, an HD flat-screen TV, and a formal dining table. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy sitting room with an HD flat-screen TV and picture windows overlooking the serene back garden. The house offers three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king bed, the first guest room with a queen bed, and the second guest room with two twin beds. Additional sleeping accommodations are available in the sitting room, which has a full-size sofa sleeper. The private back garden provides a perfect area for BBQs using the gas grill. This home offers a welcoming retreat you'll want to return to year after year. Note: There is a separate vacation rental apartment above the garage at the end of the driveway. This unit does not have access to the driveway.
