This completely upgraded 6-bedroom, 4-bath, 2-story, 4700 sq. ft. home on a gated ½ acre lot is perfect for a large family gathering or celebration - or for smaller families or groups vacationing together. Go through the gated entry and behind the garage you will find a beautiful pool with an infinity hot tub, and a large table and chair set so you relax, sip a drink, or catch up with each other. There are two entries to this home. The 1st entry to the right opens into a large atrium showcasing a granite spiral staircase with hardwood flooring steps. There is also a beautiful dining room area for 10 straight ahead. The 2nd (more formal) poolside entry has a beautiful water garden, and also opens up into a 2nd spacious dining area for 10. To the right is a modern kitchen with a sub-zero refrigerator, a large island, and everything you need to create meals and snacks for everyone. Sliders give you access to a patio with an outside table for 6 and a barbecue. Also to the left of the stairs is a living room with a large flat screen TV, a fireplace, and a large, comfortable seating cluster. Sliding doors from this great room open up to a large enclosed grassy lawn perfect for children and pets. Both formal and casual lounging are options in this spacious home.
