World class location boating an understated elegance. This beautifully decorated one level 6-bedroom, 5-bath, home come close to offering almost 5,000 sq ft of luxury living space. The combined ocean and Golf course views and being just a short drive to the beach will ensure a seamless La Jolla vacation experience.
The huge lush grounds are where you will spend the majority of your time. The serene grounds include a fire-pit, hot-tub, dining al fresco spaces, a hammock, and several other seating clusters artfully positioned for relaxation and entertaining. There is also a barbecue for times when meal making needs to be easy and a fun tree swing above a grassy lawn.
Upon entering the home you will be awed by the understated elegance and comfort. The stunning dining area will accommodate 10 offering world class views. There is also a large living room with cathedral ceilings, a large flat screen TV, and french door access to your outside haven.
The fully equipped beautiful modern kitchen enjoys top of the line amenities and all you will need for cooking and entertaining during your stay. The family room with a large flat screen TV, and office area.
There is a beautifully appointed king master bedroom with a private golf course view. Great place for a quiet interlude just basking in all the beauty that surrounds you. This lovely space also has a large flat screen TV, a bench seating nook, and lots of large windows, as well as french doors that lead to the balcony.
