A truly magnificent y 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2-story, luxury vacation home that boasts a whopping 3300 sq. ft.of luxury living spaces. A true la jolla beauty! This spectacular luxury vacation home boasts the ultimate in terms of ocean views, and is a mile walk to Windansea Beach.
The tropical grounds are spectacular with a pool and spa all set within rich, groomed grounds. A bright, beach chic living room area of the great room opens up to the backyard and features lots of comfortable seating from which to enjoy the view and the flat screen TV.
A dining area, fully equipped kitchen offers direct access to the outdoor area where you will live the California inside outside living experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for cooking and formal entertaining during your stay.
There is also a family room - with a large flat screen TV, a fireplace, and lots of comfortable seating from which to enjoy it all - and each other.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and the top (2nd) floor is home to the king master suite with an ocean view private deck and an ensuite bathroom.
