The water garden is the perfect backdrop to the formal dining room, that flows into the chef quality kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances- double oven, microwave, large refrigerator, and dishwasher.The media room features 4 theater recliners, plus flatscreen TV, access to the water garden, and shares a fireplace with the adjacent great room, with another TV, more seating, and a wet bar.

The Master Suite has a King bed, separate sitting area, flatscreen TV, fireplace, and separate his and hers en suite bathrooms. Each bathroom enjoys a separate soaking tub, tiled shower, and sink. The 2nd master suite enjoys a separate casita and has 2 Queen beds, flat screen TV, kitchenette, and a private front entrance with a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, fridge, sink, and microwave. Suite 5 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, reach-in closet, and can use the bathroom connected to Suite 4 from the hall, or there is another full bathroom off the media room with a tiled shower, sink, and toilet.
