This Laguna Beach oceanfront home is in a beautiful spot just three blocks from Laguna Beach with private steps to St Anne’s Beach. This is a rare gem of a property boasting Sweeping panoramic views of the shimmering Pacific and captivating Catalina Island. The three-story ocean home has a great beach vibe and is as comfortable as it is stylish. The Great room has a 50” TV above the romantic fireplace and the room opens up onto one of the two ocean view decks with an 18” awning, a barbecue, and outdoor dining. be assured of the best view in the house! As if all this wasn't enough the modern, newly remodeled kitchen now boasts shiny granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, and double ovens and is accompanied by a dining area for six.
The main bedroom is furnished with a romantic four-poster bed, a woodstove, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the second floor ocean-view deck. It also sports a 55” TV for your enjoyment. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with premier linens for your ultimate comfort. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, WiFi, cable, and a DVD player.
Laguna Beach is known for its many art galleries, coves, and beaches and its small city feel. Main Beach features tide pools and a boardwalk leading to the paths and gardens of nearby Heisler Park.
