This one bedroom plus loft townhome has a spacious sunlit loft and is set within a private 30-acre private paradise just south of Lahaina. The lush garden views and close distance to the swimming pools, tennis courts and clubhouse make this home an ideal vacation spot. This home features two lanais; one on the back for BBQing, sunning, and private get togethers and a front lanai. There is split system air conditioning in the family room and bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, TV, has a private bathroom and opens up to the garden view lanai. The large loft has a queen bed, 2 twin beds and a daybed.
With a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout, you can expect to keep cool and comfortable in the tropical heat. The private lanai has a BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating, perfect for taking in Maui’s beauty while relaxing with close friends and family.
