About this home
One of the very few units that has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sits just 15 ft from the sparkeling Pacific. This exceptional oceanfront property is nestled in a private Puamana setting. An ideal accommodation for those seeking a quiet retreat yet located within easy distance of some of the worlds finest beaches and dining.
Two of the bedrooms are furnished beautifully with a king size bed and a private bathroom and lanai access. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and also has a private bathroom. Each bedroom has AC and a flat screen TV. The bathrooms feature travertine floors and showers and granite countertops.
The kitchen is fully equipped and enjoys custom cabinets, granite countertops and a large island which makes this a great kitchen for both meal pre and gatherings. All appliances are high end stainless steel and the living room and kitchen open up to the ocean. The clever design has the lanai designed as an extension of the indoor living area creating a massive indoor outdoor space.
Safety: Please note that there is a 7 ft drop from the seawall in front of the property so young children may not be suitable guests.
