This is a modern lake house offering a sunny, contemporary oasis to gather with family and friends. This haven accommodates 21 guests with 17 beds, 4.5 baths, and two living areas. Its three stories of rooms range from luxurious masters to a nook for the kiddos outfitted with 8 bunk beds. The open floorplan offers ample space to spread out and also cozy areas to come together. On the main floor, the sprawling living room melts into a covered veranda, which is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee with a view of the serene cove. Adjacent to the charming kitchen is a screened-in porch where you can enjoy your meals with all the benefits of being outside.

A stunning entertainment space decks out the lower level with all the essentials of non-stop fun. Fire up some competition at the foosball, shuffleboard, and pool tables, or spread in front of the fireplace with board games. Glass doors open right out to the back deck, and the water-resistant stamped-concrete floors make for breezy trailing from the pool to the wet bar.

The back deck is a vast expanse of sandy brown tiles, in the center of which sparkles a cool blue pool. Whether napping on the chaise lounges, cooking burgers on the grill, or eating them on the large farmhouse table with swinging benches, there are plenty of seating areas to lounge and connect with others. When it’s nighttime slip into the hot tub and listen to the melody of a summer forest under the glow of vintage string lights. The grassy lawn slopes into the lake, where you can take the kayaks for a paddle and find adventure on the water. Rent one of our boats with water toys to complete your lake vacation. With Lake Norman’s mild temperatures, you can enjoy boating most of the year and fishing off the private pier.

A great selection of high-performance tritoons and sports boats are available to rent to complete your stay. Adding a boat unlocks the many waterfront restaurants, and all of our boats come with tow toys, skis, and ropes. With over 500 miles of shoreline to explore, your stay is not complete without a boat.
