This superb villa is fully staffed with a dedicated house mom will coordinate all housekeeping tasks as well as preparing breakfast and light snacks.The master bedroom suite boasts vaulted ceiling includes a study located across from the sleeping area, a spa quality bathroom with a double vanity, digital his and hers showers, jacuzzi, and a room-sized walk-in closet. Additionally, a connecting suite with full bathroom can double as a master bedroom or used as a separate suite with a private entrance from the main floor central study hall, as well as, from a terrace entrance. Both luxury master suites also can be accessed from the main floor stairway past an exquisitely furnished study hall. Located on the ground floor is a private full-size laundry and storage room. The ground floor complete with a study hall and double master suites is spectacular and affords complete privacy.

The gourmet chefs kitchen with a Wolf 60 inch stove and Wolf pro island hood, built in wine storage, beverage center, full size sub-zero side by side refrigerator and freezer, 2 Bosh dishwashers, 2 freezer drawers and large pantry. The kitchen is open to a superb dining room, and leads into a large living and entertainment room space equipped with retractable ultra thin smart-TV.. Also on the main floor is a large laundry room with abundant storage cabinets and an additional full-size freezer and separate ice maker.

On this floor, there are 4 extra-large bedrooms all directly facing the ocean, each with private bathrooms: a guest room suite with ocean view balcony and full bathroom with indoor/outdoor showers, and 3 more ensuite guest rooms with full bathrooms, 2 with indoor/outdoor showers and one with indoor shower. Included in the 3rd floor is a storage room, powder room and full laundry room with maid's bedroom. There is a separate utility and service entrance located on this 3rd floor.
