This stunning four bedroom luxury beach villa is a stroll away from the beach and offers that combination of style and comfort we are all seeking. Near Beach This 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation villa boasts a beautiful pool in one of the areas most "posh" neighborhoods. Take a morning stroll down to the beach which is a mere 15-minute walk away. (for extra sleeping there is a sofa sleeper) Two master bedrooms have lovely views of the pool, large walk-in closets and private bathrooms, one with a large bathtub and a shower. One has a king bed, and one has a queen bed and queen sofa bed. All beds have luxury hotel quality linens with duvets. Two additional bedrooms with full-size beds are located in the Casita separated by the pool courtyard. These bedrooms have pool and garden views and share a bathroom and breezeway seating area.This home is air-conditioned and has TVs, Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Maid service is available upon request. The large patio off the main house is a centralized living area that has a dining table, large sofa and chairs with accent tables. The patio is in the pool/garden courtyard, a perfect place to spend time outdoors. The smaller patio provides a private seating area for the adjacent bedrooms. The large, attractive pool is in the garden courtyard, with handcrafted wooden lounge chairs and an outside living area with furniture on the adjacent covered patio. This vill is set within a private gated community with outside security cameras and guards who patrol the neighborhood. Located in beautiful Brasilito a charming town tucked away between Flamingo and Huacas with multiple local and fine dining restaurants, shops and hotels. Conchal is sometimes called the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica, and it’s well worth a visit, and guests can walk or drive and park there. Horseback riding is another popular activity here and horses are available at the beach for riding along the ocean.
