This spectacular vacation home is tucked away in the heart of St. Armand's Circle on Lido Key along a private waterway with a dock and access to the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your boat (prior to booking please let us know) or use the kayak and paddle-board provided. This home's Pool Area features an oversized heated mom chlorinated pool with a waterslide, sun shelves for lounging, and a Spa.

The outdoor living area comes with a bar area, BBQ Grill, TV, and dining. For a bird's eye view of these areas, as well as views of Lido Key Beach, the Gulf of Mexico, St. Armand's Circle, and Downtown Sarasota, use the over Roof Top Deck, and the 3,000+ square feet of outdoor covered patios, balconies, and an amazing Entertainment Space for apres beach entertaining.

The Great Room features a Large Kitchen, formal dining Area for 10, Bar top Seating for 6, and a Living Room with a Smart TV and top of the line furnishings. There is an oversized balcony directly off the great room that offers seating and additional exterior dining for eight with a pool, bayou, and city views. The roof top deck is accessed from this balcony. The home's front balcony on this level features peaking Gulf views and seating.

The Master Bedroom 1 features balcony access, a King Bed, large walk-in closet, and an oversized En-Suite Bathroom. Master Bedroom 2 features a King Bed, a cozy nook with seating and peaking Gulf views, a large walk-in closet, and an En Suite Bath. Bedrooms 3 features balcony access and water views, a King Bed, and an En Suite Bath. Bedroom 4 features a King Bed, peaking Gulf views, and an En Suite Bath. Bedroom 5 features a King Bed and En Suite Bath, and Bedroom 6 features the home's bunk room with a Full Bed over a California King Bunk, and a separate Twin Bunk Bed, with an En Suite Bath with a shower and bathtub combination. All bedrooms feature Smart TVs and free Wi-Fi.

This home is unique in that it is an elevated single-story home. Upon entering this elevated living area via the stairs or elevator, you’ll enter the home’s great room, which features the fully stocked chef’s kitchen that includes: a full-sized refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher, oversized cooktop and range with exhaust vent hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. It is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. The great room also includes a dining table for 10, island bar top seating for 6, a living room with a smart TV, and a half-bath. There is a large balcony off this space offering dining for 8, and a separate soft seating area just off Bedroom 3 where you’ll also access the staircase to the rooftop deck. All 6 bedrooms for this home are located on this floor, with 4 bedrooms having water views, and 2 bedrooms having balcony access. Master bedroom 1 has balcony access and water views, a California king bed, and an oversized en-suite bathroom that includes 2 vanities, walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, and walk-in closet. Master bedroom 2 has a king bed, a cozy seating nook with peaking Gulf views, a workspace, walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with double vanity, walk-in shower, and private water closet. This oversized rooftop deck space provides seating and fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key, St. Armand’s Circle, Pansy Bayou and Sarasota Bay, and the downtown Sarasota skyline. It is the perfect space for any time of day, but it is especially wonderful for sunrises over Sarasota and Sunsets over the Gulf.
