Located on a superb pristine beach with "next door" shopping at Whitney Beach Plaza, this property offers this two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa. Imagine spending your days lounging by the community pool, enjoying a game of tennis, or sipping margaritas under one of the property palm huts scattered throughout the private beach. Unit #322 offers comfortable furnishings with amazing beach and community pool views from your private lanai of this second-floor unit. Amenities include beach views, wireless Internet, private washer/dryer and deeded beach access.
Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Whitney Beach #322 will have the option of temporary membership privileges, for a transfer fee, at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to 10 fully-lit Har-Tru tennis courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles, fishing pier and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the Cedars Café & Tiki Bar and fitness center.
