Stay directly on the beach in this ideal beach getaway located mid-island. The Gulf and sunset views are fantastic and can be enjoyed from the living area, both bedrooms and the open terrace.
The kitchen has been completely updated with brand new GE Profile appliance and quartz countertops - gorgeous! Both bathrooms have been updated as well. To complete the update, all the furniture in the living room is new including a flat screen TV, DVD player and WiFi for your convenience. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV too. In 2022, the unit was freshly painted.
