This bright and spacious home is part of Fairway Bay, a popular, secure gated community, within Bay Isles and incorporates a lovely marina and golf course just a short distance away. St. Armand’s Circle, downtown Sarasota and other popular locales are nearby. A wooden entrance hallway leads you to a large ‘L-shaped’ living/dining area with vaulted cathedral ceilings, light tile flooring, and a stone fireplace feature. Stylish furniture including a comfortable sofa that pulls out to a bed for visitors, TV, DVD player complete with DVDs, and free WiFi is provided for your stay. Double sliding glass doors lead to a screened balcony for outdoor dining and seating, with an elevated view of the swimming pool and mature tropical gardens below. An open kitchen with breakfast bar and skylight is fully equipped for the home chef. The in-unit laundry room includes a washer and dryer. The spacious master bedroom has king sized accommodations and a triple wardrobe and the ensuite bathroom offers a large spa bath and double vanity basins with adjoining walk-in shower.
