The second bedroom is across the hall and features two twin beds, new wood flooring, a flat-screen TV, plantation shutters, and ample closet space. The guest bathroom is located immediately next to the guest bedroom and features a new contemporary vanity with dual sinks. This guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo with a glass enclosure.

The formal sitting room showcases a comfortable sofa and love seat along with 2 accent chairs. This room presents views through the sliding patio doors onto the lanai overlooking the pool and private backyard. Enjoy reading or spending quality time with friends/family in this formal sitting room.

The dining area features a large table with seating for 6, where everyone can gather to enjoy a delicious meal. The galley kitchen offers all of your modern appliances including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dinnerware & a refrigerator for your culinary pleasure.
