Allow us to present details on this Longboat Key vacation rental that is available for your dates. The primary living space enjoys two comfortable sections. In the front of the house is the living room and toward the rear is the kitchen and formal dining room. Both of these main living spaces open up to the screened lanai and pool area overlooking the waterway.
The living room enjoys the most comfortable furnishings and a flat screen television and wireless internet has been added for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has been outfitted with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher along with seating for six at the dining room table. The dining room also offers a flat screen television.
The backyard at this Longboat Key vacation rental is where we expect you to spend most of your visit. The screened lanai enjoys covered seating, a heated pool and spa, lounge chairs, a propane barbeque grill and views of the lovely waterway. If you plan to bring or rent a boat their is plenty of space to dock along the seawall. Just check boat size restrictions at the time you make your reservation. Note the boat lift is not available for guest use. This waterway opens up to the Intracoastal waterways of beautiful Sarasota where you can boat back and forth to downtown Sarasota, Lido Key and Anna Maria Island. A truly wonderful home away from home.
The home enjoys three well appointed pretty, and comfortable bedrooms. A king bed, one queen and a twin bed with a trundle. The King master bedroom also enjoys pool patio access and adjoining master bath with a tub/shower combo. This bathroom also opens up onto the pool area. In the twin bed guest room there is a office space for those who need to check in with the office during their stay.
