Just around the corner from access to the bay for paddle boarding and kayaking. Easy access to Jewfish Key, Sister Keys, and the Gulf of Mexico. As you make your way to the front door, you will notice mature tropical landscaping and a spacious front deck. Upon entering the home, you will find an open concept floor plan including an exquisitely decorated living room and a stunning dining room with lovely stone accent wall and seating for ten. Adjacent is a set of fully retractable sliding glass doors leading out to the first lanai. With a lovely view of the landscaping and comfortable seating, this screened lanai is a fantastic location for morning coffee or an evening visit with family or friends. Down the steps is the gourmet kitchen, which features gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, barstool seating, and easy access to the adjacent butler pantry and prep sink. The first bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a serene view of the pool. This room has a queen-size bed and walk-in closet. Adjacent is the main bathroom. This bathroom boasts vintage charm and a large walk-in shower tiled from floor to ceiling with a detachable showerhead. Head upstairs and you will find the second and third bedrooms and a stunning Baby Grand Piano that is the highlight of the space. If you are a pianist please feel free to play, but if you are not, no fret, there is an automatic system that allows the piano to play music on its own. The second bedroom serves as the master suite and offers a king-size bed, a private sitting area with a full-size futon, smart TV, a large desk for those still needing to work while in paradise, access to a private covered balcony, and a walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms share the darling attached bathroom which has a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead. The third bedroom is spacious, has a queen-size bed and walk-in closet. The fourth room, located in the detached casita, includes a full-size futon and is a great multipurpose space; wonderful for yoga, art, reading, or hangout space for the kids. The outdoor space is truly amazing. There is a second lanai, a large kidney-shaped pool, and a variety of seating protected by a screened enclosure. Due to the large lot size and ample tropical foliage, the home is private both inside and out. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.
