The Sea of Cortez seems to wash over the feet of this Mediterranean-style villa near San Jose del Cabo. The estate is well appointed, with volleyball and tennis courts, a sunbed-dotted pool terrace, and an oceanfront gym, and its archways make it feel like a transplant from the Italian countryside. Watch sunrise over the beach in front and drive into San Jose del Cabo for a sunset gallery walk.
