Presenting this world class vacation compound nestled on over 1.6 acres of beachfront property.
The private gated entrance leads you to this traditional Manzanillo beach-hacienda style home where guests will experience alfresco living looking out to the Sea of Cortez. The inspirational architecture and layout creates a grand living spaces with individual living quarters providing privacy when required.
The main living spaces consist of open-air palapas cover separate living and dining areas. A large, heated, oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi with an abundance of patio spaces. Unlike most similar villas this pool is built at the beach level offering that pool to sea experience throughout the day.
Tradewinds offer a cooling effect throughout the estate and the pool side bar is perfect for cooling drinks to be prepared while enjoying our year round sunshine. Overlooking the bar, pool, and beach are the palapa-covered living and dining areas.
The chef kitchen is furnished with top of the line Viking and Wolf appliances
The estate has seven private casitas. A large, separate Master Suite palapa opens to oceanfront terraces and offers its own Jacuzzi. As you continue up the natural grade of the property you will find 2 more large buildings which house 6 separate living quarters. Two of these casitas offer 2 Queen sized beds which is ideal for families, two offer individual Queen sized beds, while the last two offer individual King sized beds.
