It is a short drive to beautiful beaches and when you are not at the beach you can enjoy sweeping ocean views from almost every room of this home.

Parking notes: There are two parking spaces in the driveway that are outside and uncovered. The driveway is a little steep, so please be careful if you are driving a low profile vehicle. There is also limited street parking available. There is no garage access. The empty lot down the road is privately owned, and not available for parking. Vehicles parked in this lot may be towed.
