About this home
Come to Malibu and stay at this luxury beach Ocean Villa offering direct access to Malibu’s exclusive Broad Beach. You’ll be treated to unforgettable panoramic views of the sparkeling Pacific Ocean with world class beaches and shops a stroll away.
The home enjoys a private section of beach protected by shrubbery and a white picket fence. Beach chairs and other deck furniture allows for al fresco dining and BBQ fun. A hot tub has been added for guests comfort.
Open beamed ceiling and a multitude of French doors ensure that fresh air and natural light are always present. A rustic brick fireplace adds classic charm to the contemporary living room.
The modern top of the line kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all you will need for dining & shopping during your stay.
Be lulled to sleep by the soft Pacific waves coming into shore, and with six bedrooms in the main house two of which are Master bedroom suites with King sized beds. The third room houses a double bed, the fourth includes two twins, the fifth a queen size bed, and the remaining room has a king size bed. A sixth loft style bedroom is found in the two story self-contained guesthouse. It features three single beds and one double bed, making it ideal for housing teenagers or families.
