About this home
One of Malibus most prestigious estates boasting wonderful views of the ocean set within three pristine acres. This world class ocean view Malibu home can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests within its beautifully appointed five bedrooms (six with the separate guest quarters). Beautiful gardens, sprawling emerald green lawns with stunning Pacific views. Lovely features include a private Pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, fire pit with a lovely, large seating area. High-speed mesh WiFi, cable, Apple TV. Located 1/4 mile above our famous Zuma Beach will ensure a world class vacation experience. Great indoor-outdoor living areas.
The main house has 5 bedrooms, 4-1/2 baths, including a master suite with exceptional ocean views, a spa tub and a private deck. The house includes a living room; a spacious TV/game room with flat screen TV; a formal dining room that seats 10; a large, recently renovated eat-in kitchen that accommodates 6; Sub-Zero and other appliances; and a lovely patio for outside dining. The AV systems just upgraded with new monitors, Apple TV and other improvements. Separate guest quarters feature a queen bed, bath, pool table, flat screen TV and shared laundry facilities.
