Situated in the heart of the Downtown Historic District and a few feet away from Charlotte Harbor, this cottage is the perfect getaway to Punta Gorda! Central air conditioning means everyone can relax no matter what the weather outside. The semi-open kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a French door fridge) and quartz countertops makes cooking while chatting easy! Prep meals at the breakfast bar with seating for three, then serve a sit-down meal at the dining table or take your meal outdoors. Enjoy a private tropical backyard oasis with a shaded patio, bamboo privacy fence, surfboard-themed outdoor shower, a swaying hammock, gas grill, and plenty of outdoor seating. After a day of exploring the city, you can relax on the large corner sofa while watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. The luxurious loft bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a tub perfect for a restorative soak.
