The spacious master suite is on the level below the living room. In the spirit of the tropics, the bathroom features a Jacuzzi stone bath. The large, wrap-around balcony shares a spectacular view with the rest of the house. This bedroom has a king-size bed and ample seating.

The next level down has two bedrooms that features stunning mountainside and pool views. Each room has a spa inspired private bathroom.

Another spacious bedroom with king bed is situated on the pool level, overlooking the sparkling pool and beautiful tropical grounds. The luxurious bath features a sunken tub.

One of the most popular areas in the property is the pool house. Nestled into the trees at the back of the house, it opens to the pool and waterfall in the front. Three sofas can be converted into twin beds, or one king bed and one twin. It is cooled by the ocean breezes and is enclosed by screens.

The large lap pool and waterfall are some of the exceptional features of this luxurious home. The pool is in the style of a natural jungle oasis, and the 20-foot waterfall enhances the tropical ambiance. The pool has a swimming lane for exercise and a separate swim area for play.

To further enjoy your outdoor entertainment, there is a kitchenette, sink, large fridge and a BBQ grill in the pool house. You may never want leave the pool area. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms on the lower level of the pool house. Each bedroom has a private bath and an open-air shower. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other, three twin beds.

To minimize the impact on the environment, the house was specifically designed to rise from a small area to widen out and In all, there are five stories, with an elevator for your convenience.
