About this home
This beautifully updated and completely renovated 2 bed 1 bathroom vacation condo is perfect and now boasts a modern kitchen open to the living area with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a wine cooler. The living room is beautifully decorated and has a sofa, and loveseat that can convert for extra sleeping. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room that leads out to a lovely spacious balcony with views of the Marco River and the Marina. The Master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a flat-screen TV, and the guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on the top and full on the bottom and a separate trundle that pulls out to a twin bed. This bedroom also has a flat-screen TV.
Guest amenities are spectacular with 2 pools, 3 jacuzzis, a tennis court, and on-property dining.
