I have a middle unit with the largest patio/balcony (over 300 sq ft) in the entire complex that overlooks the beach with year-round sunset views.
Secure building and elevator with covered parking. This is the only private condominium building on the beach with a restaurant and bar attached to the building. The restaurant was recently voted the best happy hour on the island.
The newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath unit has a Walk-In Shower, King Size bed with 2 TVs, a VCR, and a DVD player.
The unit comes with towels, bedding, dishes, pots, pans, and silverware, as well as beach supplies such as beach towels, sand toys, coolers, and sunchairs.
