Introducing this stunning 3 bedroom plus den Marco Island vacation home with over 2,000 square feet, a custom swimming pool with southern exposure, an extended screen enclosure. The floors are incredible with chiseled edge Roman pattern marble flooring throughout the home. Due to the large windows the home is flooded with natural sunlight making it a light and bright living space. Volume and tray ceilings throughout the home and the open concept kitchen features solid wood, tongue and groove cabinetry, granite countertops, flat island, newer stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, breakfast bar, and eat-in kitchen nook. The expansive master suite has French door access to the lanai, and an en-suite with dual sinks, walk-in shower with travertine tile, private water closet, and recessed lighting.
