This newly built Marco Island vacation rental is a perfect blend of modern design and luxury. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it's close to the beach, shopping, and other island attractions. The home features a high-end kitchen with all the latest appliances, making it a great spot for cooking and entertaining. The custom saltwater heated pool, surrounded by a natural stone patio, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. The pool area also boasts a Clearview screen enclosure, providing an unobstructed view while keeping out any pests.
Inside, you'll find spacious rooms with thoughtful upgrades like impact-resistant windows and doors, recessed lighting, and custom wood shutters.
