About this home

It also comes with a two-car garage. The house is located in an enclave of serenity overlooking the glassy smooth canal. The spacious heated pool is lined with all of the furniture that you need to relax both during the day and at night while looking for a passing dolphin or manatee in the canal. This lanai even comes with a gas grill to cook up your island-style poolside barbecues. There is also a pool bathroom for your convenience.
If you’re a boater, you couldn’t ask for a better location. The private dock gives you quick, direct access to the deep blue waters and unrivaled fishing of the Gulf of Mexico.
The interior is the perfect complement to the lanai, with ocean-inspired décor designed to make your stay as peaceful as it is luxurious. Natural light brightens the beautiful flooring and showcases cozy, modern, ocean-colored sofas and chairs.
