The guest room with bunk beds are 2 full beds which make it a great home for a family. The outdoor pool area is perfect for entertaining the family or just a day relaxing in the sunshine. From this waterfront home, you’re just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to local grocery stores, restaurants, and beach boutiques. Residential Rules We ask that guests are mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day.
