Nestled among swaying palm trees, this stunning seven-bedroom island estate offers 4,800 square feet of luxurious living space, complete with a private pool, sun-drenched interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, serene private balconies, and expansive outdoor entertainment areas.

Upon entering, you're greeted by a bright and airy living room with soaring ceilings, elegant hardwood floors, a custom-built entertainment center, and a sleek flat-screen TV—a perfect space to relax and unwind.

The modern kitchen, with its high-end appliances, spacious center island, sleek granite countertops, and contemporary backsplash, will quickly become a favorite gathering spot for your family. The island doubles as a breakfast bar, ideal for quick meals before exploring the island, and with seating for eight, it’s also a great spot to catch up on work or enjoy a coffee.

Upstairs, a second living room awaits, featuring a flat-screen TV, plush armchairs, and loveseats. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony, where you can take in tranquil views while lounging in comfort.

This luxurious home boasts seven beautifully appointed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, four queen beds, and four twin beds. The fifth bedroom also includes a queen bed, while the sixth bedroom has two twin beds and access to its own private balcony. The seventh bedroom, with its queen bed, elegant hardwood floors, and a charming vanity area, offers sweeping water views.
