Sit back and relax in this beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath home situated on the water in Marco Island. The spacious lanai offers over 800 square feet of space, covering the swimming pool (14x28) and spa, complete with a dining area and grill. You can enjoy a perfect vacation without even leaving the house.
The open floor plan allows everyone to gather and enjoy the pool while meals are being prepared or cocktails are being served. The property includes a dock for your boat and a deck where you can fish.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private master bathroom with a garden tub. One guest bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom that also opens to the lanai and pool area.
This location is also ideal for long-term rentals of more than 30 days due to its proximity to the resident beach, offering a short walk for residents.
Marco Island is often referred to as "The Last Paradise" and is the largest and only developed land in Florida's Ten Thousand Islands. It is located near the Florida Everglades and just outside of Naples. With its miles of white sandy beaches, luxurious real estate, and beautiful year-round weather, Marco Island is a popular vacation destination. Visitors and residents from all over the world are attracted to its sumptuous restaurants, fine shopping, and lively entertainment. Boating, fishing, and sunbathing are among the favorite activities on the island, thanks to its six miles of white sand beach and over 100 miles of waterways.
Tigertail Beach is one of the two public access beaches on Marco Island and is a short drive from your vacation home. It offers the Lagoon, which is a great spot for families with younger children to enjoy the calm and shallow water. The area is also designated as a "Great Florida Birding Trail" and provides ample opportunities for wildlife viewing. To reach the Gulf of Mexico and its beautiful sandy beach, you can either wade through the lagoon or take a ten-minute stroll around. The beach is stunningly natural and perfect for shelling. Please note that there is a parking fee, and the beach is open from 8 a.m. to sundown.
The South Public Beach Access is located on Swallow Avenue and is just a short walk across South Collier Boulevard to a one-acre beach access on the Gulf of Mexico. The parking lot offers 70 spaces and restroom facilities are available. As you walk to the beach, you'll be surrounded by sabal palm trees and luxurious hotels. Please be aware that there is a parking fee, and the beach access is open from 8 a.m. to sundown.
