About this home
Introducing this charming three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom spacious Marco Island vacation home. Stylish & tasteful interior and a fully equipped kitchen. Private pool and spa. Large lanai. Outside entertaining area. Direct access to Factory Bay and Marco River. Close to shopping and dining.
This beautifully decorated vacation home has three bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms as well as a spacious lanai, healthy natural salt generated pool & spa, and direct access to Factory Bay and Marco River. A spacious lanai with an eastern exposure and ample space to enjoy our year round Florida weather. There is an outside dining table for 6 on the lanai as well as a covered gazebo that has seating for seven with plenty of room for entertaining and great water views.
Upon entering the home you will find a formal living area and a family room off the kitchen. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with an ensuite complimented with a Roman tub and walk-in shower. It has direct access to the lanai and pool area.
The second bedroom has a king size bed with a 32 TV and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and a combined shower/tub. The bathroom has access to the lanai and pool area.
The Kitchen has quality stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar overlooking the breakfast nook that is open and airy with natural light streaming through the sliders.
