The pool is long enough to swim laps, and the southern exposure means all-day sun, so good luck getting the kids to come out of the water!
Fire up the gas grill and have a barbecue lunch on the family-sized table on the patio. Then bring beach chairs down to the palm tree-lined canal and get acquainted with your new neighbors the sea birds and jumping fish. You won’t be there long before you spot a passing dolphin or manatee.
