This Unique "Olde Marco style "Private Villa with Direct Access!
The Pavilion condominiums, it is unique in that it is a stand alone villa with its own private lanai overlooking the water.
Located close to our many fine restaurants and shopping locations , many of which you can walk to from the villa or pull up to and dock if you're out boating! The Snook Inn restaurant on Marco Island.
After a fun filled day on Marco Island's beaches, out boating and fishing in the waters, or jet skiing and snorkeling with the family, come back to take a dip in the heated community pool located right next to the villa! Grill out for dinner with your private propane grill or use one of the several charcoal BBQ grills set out for guests use.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom is connected to the 1st guest bedroom that has two twin beds and offers a sliding glass door between the rooms with slat blinds allowing for a custom amount of privacy. The guest bedroom with two twins connects to both the master bedroom and the 2nd guest bedroom that offers two full size beds. There is a sliding glass door connecting those two bedrooms as well that offers a full privacy curtain. These two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom equipped with a walk in shower.
