Spacious plantation-style home in the desired Tigertail Beach area. Decorated in comfortable farmhouse chic. This lovely 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home has a spacious living area with views of the lanai and pool. The kitchen has granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area is off the kitchen and comfortably seats 6 guests. Bedrooms are located upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom. with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. Guest bedrooms have a King and a queen + a twin bed respectively and share a jack and jill bathroom also with double vanity, tub, and separate shower. The pool is heated and the lanai has comfortable seating at the dining table or love seat and chairs. Palm trees align the property making dining al fresco that much more private.
This lovely home is only .07 of a mile from the entrance of Tigertail beach and only .08 of a mile from The Esplanade Shops where one can enjoy live music, outside dining at CJ's Mango's and the Star Bar. Come enjoy what Marco has to offer.
