Allow us to present you with this adorable Mission beach vacation Penthouse ideally located within the much sought after North Mission Beach area. An amazing ocean front top floor condo. This luxury vacation complex provides access to the beach and the patio. Parking is provided at the building. The elevator will take you directly to the Penthouse. Enjoy Panoramic ocean and sunset views from your living room. This is the only unit in the entire building which enjoys 180 degree views.
The fully equipped modern kitchen is brand new with granite counter tops and maple cabinetry, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and all the dishware/cooking utensils your family would need.
