About this home
Ocean Beach vacation rental, great family home within walking distance to all local beaches, shops, and other attractions! Located on a great residential street, this property offers all the comforts of home while still being just a few minutes from everything that Ocean Beach and the surrounding beach communities have to offer!
This unique loft-style home is all one level, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Ascend the stairs up to a large deck with BBQ grill and lots of patio furniture. Perfect for entertaining and enjoying great meals outside! Front door opens into a spacious living room with two comfy couches, and a large flat screen TV and DVD player. Enjoy a movie with the family, or close the oak cabinet doors and take out one of the many board games that the owner has provided!
The kitchen is just off the living room, and includes all appliances, cookware and flatware, dishwasher, and breakfast table plus a small workspace. Lots of cabinet space to store your favorite snacks, and newly upgraded countertops!
Master bedroom has a King size bed, antique cherry dresser, mirrored closets, and a large flat screen TV. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a flat screen TV as well. Owner has also provided an air mattress, in case of extra guests! Hallway bathroom has a combination tub and shower, with lots of fresh-white counter space.
Whole house has lots of natural light, ceiling fans as well as well as a central heating system. One-car garage below, includes washer/dryer. House is set back from the street, making it a great, peaceful location while still being in the heart of Ocean Beach. The loft is on the backside of a shared lot with a common area yard.
No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke in outside areas of the home.
