This beautiful front unit boasts a coastal yet modern decor ideally located and a lovely decor throughout. With one bedroom and one full bath on the first floor an open living room, dining area and kitchen this accommodation has been built for entertaining and easy access to the beach. The kitchen has granite counters, self-closing drawers and cabinets, and top of the line stainless appliances. Eat-in kitchen includes bar seating for four, along with an additional formal dining area that seats six. Living room includes plush couch and loveseat set and large flat screen TV, with modern wall art and decor as the finishing touches for this stunning living and entertaining area.
The master has a walk-in closet and sliding glass doors as well as a small private balcony! Master bath includes spa-type features, including luxurious double shower head (one in the ceiling and a European wand), gorgeous granite and tiling details, and a double vanity sink.
