This vacation home seamlessly combines the adjacent four bedroom and two bedroom residences into one large beach estate home with a total of two kitchens and five luxurious bathrooms. A one bedroom, Casita can be opened up to make this into a 7 bedroom, 6 bath property. and every bedroom has its own flat screen t,v as well as high speed internet.
Two parking spaces in the enclosed garage and 2 tandem outdoor spaces means you dont have to worry about finding parking spaces. The outdoor patio and gas grilling area allos for out door living and dining California style. The two gourmet kitchens are fully equipped with granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, cookware, and utensils.
Views of the picturesque and tranquil Sail Bay can be seen from most rooms as sail boats drift by a back drop of swaying palm trees. Evenings are great for an outdoor BBQ dinner and to watch the fireworks over Sea World.
